Over the past 30 years, I have worked in Human Resource, Development and Operations.

The past 10 years I held a Board Director role with Fortnum and Mason. Over this period I directed various areas such as Human Resource, development, customer service, facilties and operations managing budgets up to 25million.

In 2008 I was awarded the inspiration of the year award for women in retail, awarded by Spec Savers and Penna.

I decided in Jan 09 that it was time to work on my personal goals. Today I have a business that works both for individuals and businesses.

The company goal is to assist people to gain a better understanding of what it is they want out of life and how to work towards their personal goals within business and life, bring a work life balance.

We specialise in self confidence and building self esteem.
